Only Cats of the same family may share.
Prices include heating of the chalets as necessary.
A full day's boarding is charged for the days of arrive and departure as chalets remain vacant for disinfection between boarders.
The minimum stay fee is £30 / chalet.
Christmas & Easter periods
i.e. 23rd December to 1st January inclusive, the minimum fee will be for 5 days boarding.
Payment for boarding fees will be made at the time of collection, or in the case of long term boarding, accounts will be paid monthly.
For stays of indefinite duration, 21 days notice of departure is required between the period of 1st April to 30th September.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation of the full booking within 7 days of the commencement of the booking will result in the full boarding fees being due for payment.
Cancellation of the full booking within 8 to 14 days of the commencement of the booking will result in 50% of the full boarding fees being due for payment.
